I was with Matthew and WOW!!!! He absolutely did an amazing job! He made me feel so comfortable too, explained what he was doing and why. I have never had a hair dresser explain why to me!! His beautiful soul shines through and shows with his artwork he did on my hair!! Matthew thank you so much and I will be back!!!

The salon that I originally go to was booked up for the weekend, and my mother had made me an appointment here because they had an open availability. I have never been here and I wish I NEVER SHOWED UP. I had asked the lady for some caramel highlights and came with a reference picture , and the end result SHOCKED me. She INSTEAD gave me PLATINUM BLONDE highlights. She held up the reference photo I had shown her before in front of the mirror and INSISTED they were the same, I’m pretty aware she knew she messed up. She didn’t tone it or anything, just took the bleach out and styled it. She was an older lady so I didn’t know what to expect, but it was horrible. I’m very pale as it is and it did not look good on me. I had to wear my hair in a beanie in 80 degree weather anywhere I went that day. The same night I bought a brown box dye from dollar general and covered it up. It was so bad I had to. This experience left me upset knowing I could have used that $140 on something else. But if I ever want to go blonde like Elsa from Frozen (never will) this will be my go to place.

They bleached my hair TWICE and tried to do a root touch up from where my highlights were. I had beautiful highlights with about 4 inches of root growth that needed to be touched up. I left the salon crying. Went back the next day and showed them what it looked like and asked for a refund. They only gave me $30 back on a $150+ paid job saying bc they used so much product. They did offer to fix it, but I don’t trust them to touch my hair again. The woman would did it needed guidance and help from the other women in the salon. They were super nice when they were coloring it but I will NOT be returning. Who lets you leave a salon like this?!

Dont get vivid color done here. I pondered on wether or not I should write this review but im gonna because Im still dealing with the repercussions of someones actions on my hair. The lady claimed to have been doing hair for 40 years. I have purple hair and I came in to have my roots bleached and then dyed to match my hair… this lady first of all didnt even properly bleach my roots. I still have patches of my root color showing all throughout my hair! Not only that but she dyed my roots blue! And patchy! I had to go home and mix up my own hair dye and dye my hair and even then im still dealing with my roots showing through in patches which I now have to bleach them myself because I cant stand it any longer. I would TOTALLY post the pictures if they allowed it. But im not able to… I showed my friends and family and they were all in horror too. absolutely worst experience ive ever had at a salon and she had the audacity to charge me $150 and when we complained they thankfully took off $100 but really it should've been free. THIS is why people like myself cant trust salons. Its way cheaper and better doing it myself and im not even a professional. So now I am spending more money to fix the issue.

My daughter's hair was beautiful. The cut and style suited her so well. The scheduling is easy and not a long waiting list and the prices are competitive. We will be returning.
